How can I book flights?

Add flights when booking your tour, subject to availability. Please 'Continue' once you've selected your preferred departure.

Alternatively, you can contact us by phone and a knowledgeable Booking Concierge will assist with your flight booking.

Can I add additional hotel nights before or after my journey?

Reserve additional nights in our carefully curated accommodation before or after your tour once you've selected your preferred departure. Alternatively call us to speak to a Booking Concierge to assist.

What is a definite departure?

A departure is shown as 'Definite Departure' once it has reached a minimum number of guests and will definitely run, barring any extraordinary circumstances. If a departure is not yet marked as "Definite' it is still very likely to run but we are waiting for the minimum number of guest to book.

If there are ever any changes to your departure, we will contact you.

Can I travel on a Luxury Gold journey as a solo traveller?

Our small-group journeys are perfect if you're travelling on your own. Our smaller group size is ideal for meeting like-minded people, while your Travel Concierge tends to all the details of your tour.

How many people will be on my tour?

Our small-group journeys have an average of 18 guests, allowing you to enjoy a personal experience on your tour.

What accommodation options are available?

Once you've selected your preferred departure date, proceed to the next step to add the number of guests, review the available room options, and book the option that best suits your group.
